Event Badges are small, professionally printed cards, made of paper or plastic, used to identify those attending your event. They allow you to monitor admittance (particularly over longer events, when your guests may be coming and going throughout the day) as well as identify participants by name, bar code, or even seating designation. They are typically worn on lanyards around the neck or clipped to the front of a shirt or jacket.

Event Badges allow for easily visual identification of those who belong in your event. Staff can tell at a glance whether they are looking at a guest or a gatecrasher! Event Badges can also serve as highly visible Event Tickets. You can further increase the safety of your event by adding security bar codes to each badge, which allows you to further prevent fraud: scan the bar code to ensure the badge is legitimate.

We offer a few display options: Plastic Event Badges with a lanyard slot can be attached to a lanyard with bulldog clip and worn around the neck. VIP Event Badge can be worn in a clear vinyl pouch, attached to the shirt with a pocket/collar clip. Paper Event Badge can also be displayed in a clear vinyl pouch with a lanyard and bulldog clip.

Paper Event Badge are made from 100 # cover stock, with either a matte or gloss finish, while VIP Event Badges are printed on 30 mil plastic.

Paper Event badges are subject to wear as any other paper product. However, the vinyl pouch will protect the badge from damage or wear while in use. VIP Badges are made of durable premium heavy weight (30 mil) plastic stock. They are waterproof and will not tear.

You can use your own images, photos, designs, or logos to create your badges. Economy Event Badges and VIP Badges can be designed and sent to us in most standard file formats: TIFF, JPEG, PDF, GIF. Please extend the full colour background .125" on all sides, beyond the badge size of 3.375" x 2.125". Any artwork you have a legal right to reproduce can be added to your Event Badges.

You can also customize Event Badges by personalizing them with individuals' names. Just send us a .CSV file with your guests' names and we can create a custom, personalized badge for each of your participants.

Event Badges can be printed on both sides. Adding a sponsor's logo and information to the back of your Event Badges is a great way to advertise your promotional help.

Once you decide upon your design, place your order, and provide us with any necessary files, we will generate your proof. You will receive this proof no later than 1 business day after you place your order. We never print anything until you are satisfied with the proof, so you will need to approve your electronically sent proof before we can begin processing.

Economy Event Badges ship by the 3rd business day after proof approval and supply of shipping method. VIP Event Badges ship by the 6th business day after proof approval and shipping method.

For blank lanyards and pouches, production times are as follows:

• 250-1000: next day
• 1001-2500: 2 days
• 2501-5000: 3 days

For printed lanyards, you will receive your proof no later than 1 business day after the order is placed. After approval, production times are as follows:

• 250-1000 pieces: 6 days after proof approval
• 1001-2500 pieces: 8 days after proof approval
• 2501-5000: 13 days after proof approval
